By accessing or using TrackFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

TrackFlow LTD provides server-side attribution and conversion tracking services for e-commerce businesses. Our services include browser-side tracking pixels, server-side webhook integrations, and conversion API connections to advertising platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the services.

4.3 Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific order limits. Overages will be billed at the rates specified in your plan. We will notify you when approaching your limits.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with our systems
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Data Processing

You acknowledge that TrackFlow processes personal data on your behalf to provide our services. You remain the data controller for any personal data processed through our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate legal bases for collecting and processing data through our services.

7. Intellectual Property

TrackFlow and its licensors retain all rights to the services, including all software, content, and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKFLOW LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
