How to Add a Pixel

Pixels are the connection between TrackFlow and your advertising platforms. Each pixel requires a Pixel ID and an Access Token to send conversion data.

Adding a Pixel to Your Store

  1. Go to Stores and select your store
  2. Click on the Pixels tab
  3. Click Add Pixel button
  4. Select the advertising platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  5. Enter your Pixel ID and Access Token
  6. Click Save All Pixels

Where to Find Credentials

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Pixel ID: Events Manager → Data Sources → Select Pixel → Settings → Pixel ID

Access Token: Events Manager → Settings → Generate Access Token

API Token: Google Ads API Center → Create credentials

Important Security Note

Access Tokens are sensitive credentials. Never share them publicly or commit them to version control. TrackFlow encrypts and securely stores all tokens.

Testing Your Pixel

After adding a pixel, use the Test button next to each pixel to send a test Purchase event. Check your ad platform's event manager to verify the event was received.
